By accessing or using GiftRefills ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. The Service

GiftRefills is a digital marketplace that enables users to purchase gift cards and digital vouchers using cryptocurrency, with no KYC requirements for standard transactions. We act as a distributor of digital codes and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any third-party brand whose gift cards we sell.

3. Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. GiftRefills reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Orders & Payments

All prices are displayed in USD and are payable in cryptocurrency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of checkout. Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received and verified on-chain.

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final once a code has been delivered. No refunds will be issued for successfully delivered codes. If a code is invalid or unused at the time of delivery, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement review.

5. Delivery

Digital gift card codes are delivered instantly via email or directly displayed in your account dashboard upon payment confirmation. Physical shipping is not available; all products are digital-only. GiftRefills is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the user.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GiftRefills or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, resale for profit without prior written authorization, or any activity that violates the terms of the underlying gift card issuer.

Automated scraping, bulk purchasing through bots, or any attempt to circumvent our security systems is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted service. GiftRefills does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GiftRefills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

GiftRefills may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and any pending unfulfilled orders will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
